Who is Miller?

Miller, a 22-year-old Colombian, has developed a strong connection with Colombian coffee from a young age. His mother's family, who reside in Huila, a department in southern Colombia, introduced him to the coffee cultivation and harvesting process when he was just six years old. His relatives, who are farmers in the region, played a significant role in teaching him about this important aspect of their culture.

"I consider myself very competitive; I like to challenge myself because I feel that we can always give more to ourselves to be better. I also like to joke a lot and laugh at things that often happen to us, instead of getting stressed about situations that are out of our control. At the end, everything has a solution. I consider myself persevering, I always train and practice until I am confident with the result."

What is Coffeenela?

Coffeenela is a delightful drink inspired by Miller's expertise, blending Oat milk, Cinnamon Tea, Mocha Italia Coffee, and Panela. This unique concoction offers a perfect balance of sweetness and coffee, making it a comforting and flavourful beverage for any time of day.

What is Panela?

Panela is very popular in Colombia. It is 100% organic, and adds the perfect amount of sweetness. It is rich in minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which are essential for maintaining healthy bones, muscles, and overall bodily functions.

Panela is the juice of sugar cane that, based on several boils, loses moisture and forms a molasses. When it cools and dries, it solidifies. It is a hygienic and chemical-free process. It is a very artisanal sugar with very little processing.
